How we work

Standards on every job

Electrical work hides behind walls, so trust matters. These are the habits we bring to every home and workspace.

Safety first

Circuits are isolated and verified dead before any work begins.

Written scope

You see what's included in writing before we pick up a tool.

Respect for your space

Drop sheets down, dust kept in check and offcuts taken away.

Tested handover

Everything tested and explained, so you know exactly what's changed.

Questions

Before you book

Quick answers to the things people usually ask first.

Do you handle urgent electrical problems?

Mark your request as urgent in the form and we'll prioritise it. If you smell burning or see sparking, switch off the main power if it's safe to do so, and stay clear of the area.

What should I have ready for a quote?

A short description of the problem or project, which rooms are involved and when you'd like the work done. Photos of the switchboard and the area help us quote accurately.

Can you work while we're living in the home?

Yes. We stage the work so essential circuits stay on as long as possible, and we'll tell you ahead of time when power needs to go off.

Will I need a permit or inspection?

Some larger jobs do. We'll tell you in the quote and arrange the paperwork as part of the work.
